Martin Løntoft

Martin Løntoft is Senior Partner and Chair of the Board at Rud Pedersen Denmark. He provides strategic counsel to companies and organisations on positioning, business interests, and navigating the intersection between politics and society.

With two decades of experience, Martin advises clients operating in complex and highly regulated policy environments across multiple sectors — with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, private equity, and geopolitics. His expertise covers M&A processes, policy risk assessments, pre- and post-transaction strategies, corporate messaging, public affairs to tender management, executive development, and CEO positioning.

Recent work includes advising on energy policy reforms, developing communication strategies for major infrastructure projects, and providing insights into regulatory developments in the energy sector.

Before joining Rud Pedersen, Martin served as a political advisor to the Danish Social Democrats and worked in the Danish Foreign Service.
