Caity Jackson Bernéus

As Learning & Development Manager, Caity leads internal learning and development across Rud Pedersen Group, helping colleagues build skills, navigate change and work more consistently across offices. She is responsible for RP Academy and for strengthening the group’s internal learning offer, onboarding and core people processes. Caity supports the development of consistent onboarding and off-boarding processes, and helps oversee core HR administration at group level. She also leads the planning and delivery of the annual shareholders conference and works with stakeholders across the organisation on learning, coordination and key business initiatives. Before moving into this role, Caity led work on internal and external communications, employee engagement and brand cohesion across Rud Pedersen Group’s international operations.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, she worked across the startup, global health and gender equality sectors, advising international organisations, private sector clients and NGOs on communications, positioning and organisational development. Her previous experience includes senior communications and marketing roles in higher education and the non-profit sector, including work for a royal-founded charity in Sweden.

Caity is a native English speaker, fluent in Swedish, and has working knowledge of French and Spanish.
