Ranad Massad

Ranad works as an Office Coordinator at Rud Pedersen's office in Oslo, where she organizes daily operations, including administrative tasks and preparing meeting rooms.

Previously, she worked as a project associate for Tinius Trust, contributing to a project on young people's use of news and social media. This work resulted in a presentation of the findings at Arendalsuka, and was later mentioned in the Norwegian Parliament's documents for 2023–2024.

Ranad has also interned at the Oslo Mayor's Office, gaining valuable political experience. She worked at Verdens Gang (VG), gaining insight into the media and news environment. She also participated in the World Expression Forum as a Young Expert, joining workshops and discussions on freedom of expression, politics, human rights, and global cooperation, which developed her understanding of the world's geopolitics.

She also works at Kvale Law Firm.
