Sophia Paphitis

As Operations Manager, Sophia provides support to the management team at Rud Pedersen UK, working closely with the Managing Partner, and coordinating with colleagues throughout Europe, to develop the systems and processes needed to support continued business growth.

Previously Head of Operations at a fast growing recruitment consultancy, Sophia has gained 6 years experience in building out HR, Operations, and Finance functions.

Having previously studied Psychology at Kings College London, Sophia then gained her CIPD level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management in 2021.
